The Opening Ceremony at the MOCA Warehouse will feature a performance by Aja Monet, Samora Pinderhughes, and Eryn Allen Kane, and introductory remarks by Michelle Woo and Kamal Sinclair of For Freedoms, Klaus Biesenbach and Amanda Hunt of MOCA, and Rick Noguchi of JANM. Gina Belafonte will kick off the Congress with a Grounding and Land Acknowledgement.
